If your Insta360 product has been water damaged or is frozen and cannot be turned on, you can bring it to our store for a quote. The repair quote plus repair time is approximately 5-7 business days (depending on the factory's work progress).

Inspection fee: $380 (If the repair is confirmed after the quote, the inspection fee can be deducted from the repair fee).
For repair services, please bring it to our Kwun Tong or Prince Edward stores.
